Principal’s Message
Dear Lake Silver Elementary Families,
I am filled with immense joy and enthusiasm as I write this heartfelt greeting to all the incredible members of the Lake Silver Elementary family. It is an absolute honor to introduce myself to this wonderful community as your principal. Some of you may remember me from a decade ago when I served as the assistant principal in this very school. Lake Silver holds a special place in my heart, as it was here that I began my journey as an educational administrator.
Serving at Lake Silver Elementary feels like coming home, reuniting with cherished memories and reconnecting with the strong bonds that make this community truly exceptional. The chance to contribute to the growth and development of our students, teachers, staff, and parents fills me with immense gratitude and excitement.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in various educational settings, but it is in this community that I discovered the true meaning of building a school family under the guidance of Cindy Swanson and Sarah Bigalke. Lake Silver Elementary fosters a sense of belonging and togetherness that is rare and precious. I am eager to continue nurturing this spirit and collaborating with each and every one of you to create an inclusive and inspiring environment where every child can thrive.
As we embark on this new school year together, I am committed to promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and compassion, where every student feels supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential. Together, we will embrace the unique strengths and talents of each individual, fostering a community that celebrates diversity and embraces lifelong learning.
I am here to listen, collaborate, and serve as your partner in the educational journey of our students. I encourage you to share your insights, aspirations, and concerns as we work hand in hand to shape the future of Lake Silver Elementary. Together, we will create an even brighter future for our beloved school.
I am filled with gratitude and excitement as I continue the role of principal at Lake Silver Elementary. Let us embark on this new school year with unity, enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication.
Here's to an exceptional school year ahead and GO TIGERS!
Warmest regards,
Nate Hay
Principal
